This Agreement (hereinafter – the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the digital platform Unitrum (hereinafter – the "Platform") and you (the "User") – the end user of the Platform, as defined below. The Platform and the User are hereinafter separately referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
By using the Platform (including registration and authorization), the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in full, without reservations. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they must discontinue the use of the Platform.
1.1. User – an individual with the legal capacity to enter into and perform this Agreement who uses the Website and/or Unitrum services.
1.2. Website/Platform – the Unitrum online resource located at https://unitrum.cc, including all related subdomains.
1.3. Account – the User’s personal section on the Platform, accessible after authorization, containing personal data, transaction history, balance, and other relevant information.
1.4. Authorization – the process of User identification by login credentials (email, Telegram account, or other methods), password, and/or two-factor authentication.
1.5. Services – the services provided by the Platform, including staking, digital asset management, analytics tools, referral programs, and other available features.
1.6. Digital Assets – cryptocurrencies and tokens used by the User within the Platform.
1.7. Credentials – login, password, email, Telegram account, or other identifiers used for accessing the Account.
2.1. Unitrum provides the User with access to the Platform and its Services within the functional capabilities available on the Website.
2.2. The User agrees to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal purposes in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
2.3. Unitrum reserves the right to modify, update, or expand the Services and their functionality at any time without prior notice to Users.
3.1. To access certain Services, the User must complete registration and/or authorization.
3.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of their Credentials.
3.3. Any actions performed within the User’s Account are deemed to be performed by the User personally.
3.4. The User may not transfer, sell, or otherwise assign access to their Account to third parties. Multiple registrations, abuse of services, or fraudulent activity may result in restriction or permanent deletion of the Account without recovery.
4.1. The User agrees not to use the Platform for:
4.1.1 illegal activities, including fraud or money laundering;
4.1.2 violating the rights and interests of third parties;
4.1.3 distributing malicious software;
4.1.4 bypassing technical restrictions or interfering with the system’s operation.
Unitrum may suspend or restrict access to the Services in case of violations of this Agreement or attempts to misuse the Platform.
5.1. All operations with digital assets are performed voluntarily and at the User’s own responsibility.
5.2. Unitrum does not provide guarantees of profitability and is not responsible for losses resulting from market volatility or the User’s decisions.
5.3. Fees, staking conditions, and payout rules are published on the Website and may be updated by the Company unilaterally.
6.1. All elements of the Platform (design, software code, logo, content) are the intellectual property of Unitrum and are protected by applicable law.
6.2. The User may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any elements of the Platform except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7.1. The User acknowledges that the use of the Platform and Unitrum Services is carried out independently and at their own discretion. The Company ensures an appropriate level of technical and organizational support but cannot guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability or complete protection from external risks associated with internet-based services and cryptocurrency markets.
7.2. Unitrum shall not be liable for temporary disruptions, delays, or technical failures in the operation of the Platform.
7.3. The User is fully responsible for all actions performed through their Account and for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
7.4. Unitrum shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or lost profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
8.1. The Company may amend this Agreement at any time unilaterally. The current version will always be published on the Website.
8.2. Continued use of the Platform after changes to the Agreement constitutes the User’s acceptance of the updated terms.
8.3. The User may discontinue use of the Platform and delete their Account at any time.
8.4. Unitrum may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Platform in case of violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
9.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in court at the location of the Company, unless otherwise required by law.
9.2. If any provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
9.3. This Agreement becomes effective when the User begins using the Platform and remains valid until amended or terminated.
